If you are not a regular meditator here is one of my favorite short meditations you can use to get started. Don’t overthink or overwork it. Be gentle with yourself. Just relax. When thoughts come to mind just release them for a later time. Be at peace with yourself.
Plan to do this 3 or 4 times a day. To start the day, when you have a few spare minutes; when you feel you need a break; or to end your day.
Don’t expect too much. Just let it become a habit, a ritual, and enjoy the time of peace.
