You can’t succeed in life without changing. You can decide not to change anything you do, but the world (business and personal) around you is constantly changing. If you react to it the way you always have, you will soon find yourself left out in a strange new environment that has left you behind. You will begin to find it frustrating, lonely, and depressing in both your business life and personal relationships. Now you have double trouble: you are emotionally unhappy and the things you were able to do successfully don’t produce positive results any more creating financial concerns. This all leads to triple trouble: emotional unhappiness, lack of your expected successes, and an overall discouragement that you no longer “fit in”.
